These Terms govern your use of StockPulse (the “Service”), a Telegram bot operated by [OPERATOR NAME] (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
StockPulse monitors your connected brokerage accounts (e.g. Zerodha, Dhan) and sends you Telegram alerts when your combined profit-and-loss crosses a threshold you set. It is a read-only informational tool. It does not place, modify, or cancel any trade or order.
StockPulse is not investment advice and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. We are not SEBI-registered investment advisers or research analysts. All figures are informational and may lag or differ from your broker; verify against your broker before acting. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and to trade in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your Telegram account and any broker credentials you connect.
Paid plans (currently ₹10/month and ₹99/year, subject to change) are one-time payments for a fixed access period, collected through our payment processor, Razorpay. Nothing auto-renews and no payment method is stored by us. Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Do not misuse, resell, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Alerts may be delayed or missed due to broker APIs, Telegram, connectivity, or maintenance. Do not rely on StockPulse as your sole risk-management mechanism.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, missed or delayed alerts, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided “as is”.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai.
