Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Plans are one-time payments for a fixed access period (monthly or yearly) — there is no auto-renewal and no stored payment method, so there is nothing to cancel. Your access simply ends when the period ends, and you are never charged again unless you choose to buy another period. Check your current expiry any time with /subscription in the bot.

Refunds

• Fees for the current access period are non-refundable once the period has begun, including any unused part of it.
• If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it.
• If a fault on our side prevented you from using the Service for a meaningful part of the period, contact us and we will review a refund in good faith.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
