Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data StockPulse, operated by [OPERATOR NAME], collects and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Telegram identifier — your Telegram user/chat id, used to send you alerts and remember your settings.
• Your settings — alert thresholds and the timestamp you accepted these terms.
• Broker access tokens — when you connect a broker (Zerodha/Dhan), the access token needed to read your positions.
• Subscription status — a payment-processor reference id and whether your subscription is active. We do not collect or store card, UPI, or bank details.

How broker tokens are protected

Broker access tokens are encrypted at rest (envelope encryption via a managed key service). They are used only to fetch your profit-and-loss and are never logged, displayed, sold, or shared. Tokens are read-only where the broker supports it — StockPulse never places trades. Note: to compute your PnL, the running service decrypts your token in memory at the moment of a broker call; we minimize this exposure but cannot claim it is technically impossible for our operators to access.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card/UPI/bank details are entered on Razorpay and never pass through or get stored by us. We store only a Razorpay reference id and your subscription status.

Third parties we use

• Telegram — message delivery (subject to Telegram’s privacy policy).
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Your broker (Zerodha/Dhan) — read your positions via their API.
• Cloud infrastructure — Amazon Web Services, Mumbai region (ap-south-1), India, for running the service and encrypted storage.

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect a broker (which deletes its stored token) or request deletion of your data at any time via our Contact page; we delete it within a reasonable period, except where retention is legally required.
